Job Requirements
- Leading and inspiring cross-functional, globally dispersed teams
- Designing and delivering automated solutions using Power Automate and low-code platforms
- Turning high-level strategies into clear, actionable plans
- Optimizing processes to boost efficiency and measurable results
- Communicating complex ideas clearly to both tech and non-tech stakeholders
- Experience in AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-driven solutions
- A background with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
- A degree in technology, engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with agile project management practices
- A knack for mentoring team members and fostering innovation
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
