Job Description

• help to lead the strategic direction of Synchrony Healthcare Communications, Inc. • developing and executing strategies to grow corporate revenue to meet and exceed corporate objectives • managing the development and implementation of a new proactive business development plan • leading the Account Services department responsible for client identification, development, satisfaction, and retention • developing and maintaining personal relationships with Synchrony clients • leading client teams and internal cross-functional core teams in proactive strategic and tactical planning and execution

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience of Account/Client Services support or pharmaceutical Marketing/Sales
History of successful management of clients and associated internal teams
Specific industry and/or therapeutic expertise
Substantial experience leading at least 4 of the following activities: advertising and promotion, medical education activities, promotional medical-marketing communications, strategic communications planning, advisory boards, expert identification and engagement
