• Oversee parts of VA, MD and Washington, DC • Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions • Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles • Hunt for new business opportunities while growing current business • Build brand awareness by sampling, merchandising and engaging with consumers • Utilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler, accounts, and coworkers • Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers • Manage budget for given district and account base • Conduct or participate in Planning & Review meetings
