Job Description
• Ensure that the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant
• Support various operational tasks
• Answer team members' questions and provide support as needed
• Review benefit/formulary setup and testing
• Conduct data analysis to support operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care environment
- Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred
- Experience in quality process improvement efforts
- Skills in documenting requirements and creating training materials
