Job Description

• Review clinical documentation to ensure it highlights the skilled care provided • Schedule and lead educational sessions based on documentation review results • Cultivate relationships with clinical leadership and compliance team • Assist in developing educational materials • Act as a resource supporting clinical operations team with documentation-related matters

Job Requirements

Graduate from an accredited BCBA program or have passed the RBT certification exam by the BACB
At least 4 years of clinical experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
Microsoft product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
Understanding of regulatory policies
