• Administer distribution lists and shared mailboxes
• Provide advanced support for VoIP and analog systems

Job Requirements
- 5 years, IT Service Desk Experience
- Experience using SNOW
- Experience with iPhones
- Experience with Windows Support
- Federal Government IT Support Experience
- Security clearance
