• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes. • Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards. • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning. • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results. • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies. • Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to functional stakeholders and leadership.
