Job Description

• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements • Assist with ServiceNow administration, including troubleshooting issues • Coordinate migration of catalog items and change workflows from managed instances • Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and ServiceNow team • Create test plans and perform testing on catalog items and workflows • Help define and document Change Management process requirements • Maintain project documentation and communicate regularly with stakeholders • Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications • Support end-to-end project delivery including sprint planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization • Support integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration or technical consulting experience
Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, or other frameworks)
Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities
Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
DoD Active Secret Clearance
