Job Description

• Lead and manage Agile ServiceNow projects from initiation through delivery • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into ServiceNow-based solutions • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies • Use ServiceNow to manage user stories, backlogs, sprint planning, and reporting • Ensure project deliverables meet federal security, regulatory, and compliance requirements • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Provide regular status reporting to government and internal leadership • Coordinate with development, testing, and platform teams to ensure quality outcomes

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field (Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar)
Five (5) years of professional experience
Three (3) years of direct experience managing Agile ServiceNow projects
ServiceNow Certifications
ServiceNow Micro-Certifications
Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and map them to ServiceNow functionality
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required (federal contract requirement)
