• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption. • Design and deliver post-sales solutions (analytics, processes, documentation, infrastructure) that accelerate time to value. • Optimize tools and data (Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, AI self-service) to improve workflows and customer experience. • Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices to reduce timelines and scale rollouts. • Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams to maintain momentum. • Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage. • Partner cross-functionally and with executives, leading technical deep dives and platform optimization. • Stay current on crypto/fintech trends; travel occasionally (~1x/month).
