• Standards Compliance Program Development and Implementation: Lead the creation, updating, and enforcement of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with state of the art industry best practices. • Auditing and Assessment: Lead the planning and execution of regular internal audits, assessments, and gap analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance procedures, identify areas of non-compliance, and track progress. • Cross-functional Planning/Coordination: Support, and as needed lead, the determination of factors that shape prioritization across different compliance efforts. • Risk of Non-Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions. • Procurement and Collaboration: Coordinate and facilitate engagement with external auditors and certification bodies during audit processes.
