Job Description

• Support the sales process, coordination and execution of product or service delivery projects for clients from initiation through to completion. • Contribute to strategic sales planning efforts and achieve regional service sales goals. • Formulate business outcomes and value propositions to prospective clients during sales cycle. • Evaluate the profitability and potential risks of engagements, recommending client-centric solutions that optimize value while minimizing project risk. • Collaborate with internal Epicor teams to strengthen the client relationship with Epicor. • Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns. • Actively participate in project kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings, either on-site or remotely. • Contribute to pre-sales activities including client presentations, services planning, proposal development, and work plan creation. • Lead the review and approval process for scoping, planning, cost estimation, and pricing of consulting engagements. • Provide guidance and support to team members by sharing best practices and subject matter expertise to help ensure customer value is recognized early in the sales cycle.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of industry-specific or specialized experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
