• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to customer needs, market trends, and business objectives • Develop business cases for new products, features, and enhancements, including market opportunity and ROI analysis • Maintain deep expertise in the competitive landscape and emerging market trends • Engage regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and identify unmet needs • Evaluate and analyze potential partner and vendor relationships, including negotiation of agreements where appropriate • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility • Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Operations, including beta and pilot programs • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales • Define core product positioning, messaging, and packaging to support successful launches and adoption • Monitor and manage key product metrics, including revenue, profitability, adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to inform product lifecycle decisions
