Job Description

• Own the strategy and execution of the Store Teammate App products. • Define the multi-year product strategy and vision for the Store Teammate App experience. • Collaborate on Teammate 360 capabilities. • Modernize identity, sign on, and data capabilities. • Optimize teammate experience to drive adoption and productivity. • Identify opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data. • Deliver products and features through cross-team collaboration. • Form and track KPIs/metrics to measure product impact. • Enlist and enable stakeholders through evidence-based influencing skills. • Build and maintain outcome-based roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in product management, including significant time owning and delivering end-to-end product initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to use data to discover opportunities, prioritize work, and measure impact.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, operations, marketing) without direct authority.
Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to clearly articulate product strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
Experience building roadmaps, writing user stories, and leading agile/scrum or other iterative planning processes.
Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers (preferred).
Experience working in Operations, eCommerce, SaaS, Retail, would be beneficial (preferred).
