Job Description
• Join a collaborative legal team

• Draft and review sales agreements based on customer use cases
• Improve operational processes and contribute to scaling legal operations
• Provide creative solutions for high-stakes transactions
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of practicing attorney experience
- 2+ years at a top-tier law firm
- 5+ years in-house at a technology company
- JD degree from a top-tier law school
- Active membership in a US state bar
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Customer-centric orientation and negotiation style
- At least one required technical degree or patent litigation experience
- Experience working with APIs and SDKs
