Job Requirements

Lead projects with complex internal and client use cases
Perform data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide input to a reporting semantics model
Deliver internal- and external-facing Tableau dashboards
Partner with key stakeholders to understand analytic needs
Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements
Institute and enforce documentation standards for BI dashboards
Drive consistency in metric names and calculations
Demonstrate subject matter expertise regarding data relevant to RxVantage use cases
Gain insights into business aspects of life sciences and healthcare providers
Build scalable, performant BI solutions
Define BI strategy for dashboards
Work with a Data VP and Data Product Manager to create BI roadmaps
