• Help execute against our hiring goals, partnering with infrastructure and product engineering departments. • Serve as a company brand ambassador as the first point of contact for many candidates. • Understand how business goals impact the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may impact hiring needs. • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals. • Recruit top talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. • Innovate on ways to attract and source world class engineers. • Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the rest of the Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, and People teams to ensure every candidate has a positive experience. • Develop a deep relationship with candidates by understanding their goals, values, and interests to match them to the right openings and strengthen the offer process. • Assist on roles outside of Engineering and Product if open headcount volume warrants additional help.
