• Support the sales organization to achieve revenue goals • Provide presales support for existing and new customers • Conduct value-based workshops with prospects • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams • Act as a key technical resource leading enterprise transactions • Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions can generate business outcomes

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role
Proven experience working with a sales organization
Proven experience leading technology introduction to a new market
Experience in Workplace, End User or Desktop Services
Knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience-driven functions
Experience with Cloud, Win10, O365 migration, release, or change-related projects
Understanding of the ITIL framework
Strong account management capability
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Team player with good judgment
