Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned lines of business, building strong, trust-based relationships • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and business development teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Analyze account and program performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address client needs • Analytical thinking to drive solutions tailored to client objectives • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare sales, customer relationship management and a related field within specialty pharmacy, health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry
  • Experience in working with Key Accounts over 5,000 members
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex healthcare accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and drive strategic action
  • Growth mindset with a focus on agility, development, and continuous improvement for self and others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
