Job Description

• Analyze monthly financial statements, investigate variances vs. prior period and prior year, and perform accounting for complex transactions in accordance with GAAP. • Execute advanced accounting processes including complex balance sheet reconciliations, GAAP research, audit support, and interaction with external auditors. • Design, build, and deliver reporting, metrics, and insights that drive issue resolution and maintain a strong bottom-line orientation. • Lead workstreams and provide guidance in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment; drive cross-functional issue resolution through effective communication. • Define, document, and improve business processes, policies, and internal controls; lead new process design and applicable accounting software initiatives.
