• Conduct user research to understand real pain points in onboarding, portal usage, and internal operations. • Own the B2B onboarding journey - define and map user flows, create wireframes and detailed specifications, identify automation opportunities, and work with all teams to embed regulatory requirements seamlessly. • Own the client portal strategy - design workflows that reduce support tickets through self-service and automation. • Design the internal operations portal - dashboards, workflows, efficiency tools that make your team faster. • Design workflows that leverage AI and automation to handle routine work. • Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and bottlenecks, and continuously iterate based on data. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure all systems work together as one coherent experience.
