• Build and maintain the content calendar • Pull video ideas out of Zack's head (he knows investing, you know content) • Define 3-4 content pillars and rotate formats to keep it fresh • Manage the workflow: ideation → script/outline → record → edit → publish • Coordinate with our YouTube editor (Alex) on timelines, thumbnails, titles • Keep Zack on schedule (he's busy — you'll need to manage up) • Take 1 long-form video and turn it into 5-7 pieces across platforms • Distribute to YouTube, Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn, X, Skool community, email • Maintain consistent posting cadence across all channels • Track what's working: CTR, retention, engagement, opt-ins • Run thumbnail tests, tweak hooks, iterate on what performs • Report weekly on content metrics
