- Independently source, engage, and place clinicians onto assignments, ensuring alignment with their career goals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clinicians, providing ongoing support and problem resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
- Conduct intake calls, gather detailed information on clinician preferences, and match candidates to relevant opportunities.
- Utilize staffing tools and systems to track applications, manage workflows, and maintain accurate placement records.
- Support emergency coverage and respond to time-sensitive staffing needs as required.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS or BA/BS degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role; 2+ years preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting or with travel assignments is a plus.
- Proficiency with modern business software and staffing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage high volumes of candidate interactions daily.
- Ability to learn and apply defined procedures consistently, while escalating and documenting appropriately.
