Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading strategic digital initiatives, user experience, digital analytics and web optimization, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in digital analytics, SEO, UX research, and optimization platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Preferred: 6+ years in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
