Job Description

• Coordinate software support for business units • Troubleshoot complex technical questions and assist users • Perform security access audits and maintain system tools • Manage APIs integrating pharmacy systems • Analyze processes for efficiency improvements • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project progress

Job Requirements

  • Preferred knowledge of information technology, pharmacy care, or medical coordination
  • Minimum of four (4) years of related experience working with pharmacy support systems
  • Familiarity with server, network, and computer hardware concepts
  • Install and configure hardware and software components
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with MS applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
