This is a temporary part-time position | 12 weeks
Remote in Virginia
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment resources, social media, and other sources.
Assess and screen applicants based on their knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Conduct phone interviews and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Submit and monitor pre-employment background and drug screening results.
Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Maintain assigned job requisitions and records, and write offer letters in ATS (Workday)
Create and provide weekly activity reports
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proven success in sourcing and recruiting
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with all levels of personnel
Ability to follow instructions with little supervision
Ability to maintain professional demeanor in all aspects of role
Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and ability to resolve problems quickly in their entirety
Experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Highly organized and the ability to leverage technology to manage work and work processes.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree in human resources or business is preferred.
3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience
Previous healthcare recruitment is preferred
Experience recruiting in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workday is strongly preferred
