• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for data migration workflows including start-of-day positions, transactions, and historical performance data • Develop and maintain standardized processes, playbooks, and tools that ensure consistent and scalable customer data migrations • Partner with Consulting teams to guide the execution of complex migrations and ensure accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of migrated data • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure data-related features are designed with real-world implementation and deployment needs in mind • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts related to migration workflows and customer data ingestion • Enable internal teams and consulting partners through training programs, documentation, and best practice guidance for migration methodologies • Capture insights and lessons learned from customer implementations and incorporate them into improved migration frameworks and enablement materials • Lead partner enablement initiatives by onboarding and training data migration consultants within Ridgeline’s partner ecosystem • Manage partner collaboration by coordinating shadowing opportunities, aligning partners with Ridgeline methodologies, and maintaining clear communication channels • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine migration tooling, validation methods, and operational processes while contributing to a collaborative and transparent culture
