Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with data migration in investment management software implementations
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience performing data migrations on the Ridgeline platform
- Expertise in portfolio accounting data structures including positions, transactions, and performance history
- Strong understanding of reconciliation and data validation methodologies
- Experience designing and refining repeatable migration workflows, tools, and methodologies
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to resolve complex data challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical processes into clear guidance for stakeholders
- Curiosity and passion for mentoring and enabling others in data best practices
- Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in investment operations workflows
- An aptitude for problem solving and communicating effectively in fast-paced environments
