IT Support Analyst

Provide IT helpdesk support, onboard/offboard employees, manage identities and access (Okta/EntraID), troubleshoot hardware, software, VOIP, and networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), administer cloud services and Atlassian, handle device management and asset management for remote US-based employees.
The specialist will perform continuous monitoring of critical IT services, cloud environments, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security across a 24/7/365 schedule, primarily on the third shift. Key duties include configuring monitoring tools, detecting degradations, initiating response actions, generating performance reports, and leading service interruption planning.
