Job Description
• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on ideal candidate profiles, and set hiring expectations
• Act as a strategic advisor by sharing pipeline insights, market trends, and hiring recommendations
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate data, and reporting in Ashby (ATS)
• Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source performance, conversion rates) to improve processes and outcomes
• Support employer branding efforts by representing CollegeVine’s mission, culture, and value proposition in the market
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Partnerships), ideally in a tech or AI startup or high-growth environment
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions, navigating with a sense of urgency, and shifting priorities in a fast-moving company
- Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience using an ATS (bonus if you’ve used Ashby) and comfort leveraging data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with limited structure
- Experience recruiting for AI-first or AI-enabled companies is strongly preferred
- Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve recruiting workflows and efficiency
