Role Description

We are looking for a growth-oriented strategy and operations manager to help build and scale the systems that power our EC community and marketplace. In this role, you will help drive the strategy, metrics, and operating models across the EC lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to long-term engagement and retention — while supporting the development of key product and operational capabilities that power our marketplace and project platform.

• Identify gaps in the contributor funnel and platform experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Supply, Marketing, and Analytics to help implement scalable initiatives.
• Blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Enjoy solving complex operational challenges and working across teams to drive initiatives forward.
• Build the operational foundations that enable the business to scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes from the ground up.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience creating queries and extracting insights from data.
• Excellent project and/or program management abilities with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience working with engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• Experience in marketplace, consumer lifecycle, or data-driven businesses (Bonus Points).
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can build structure from scratch (Bonus Points).
• Continuous learner excited to pick up new tools and technologies (Bonus Points).

Benefits

• Target annual salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $160,000 depending on work location in the United States.
• Includes equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
