Role Description
- Responsible for product operations for margin trading.
- Analyze and interpret business and risk data to support management with business strategy and enhancement roadmaps.
- Implement structured workflows and guidelines to improve team efficiency.
- Work closely with global internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient daily operations and strong risk controls.
- Track and analyze business demands and market trends, and recommend end-to-end solutions and implementation plans.
- Research and recommend potential product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-native derivatives/trading preferred).
- Understand margin product logic with strong risk awareness; candidates with trading experience in financial products (e.g., Margin and Futures) are preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business.
- Strong critical thinking, communication skills, self-drive, and ability to learn quickly.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
