• Design and own PDE's operating rhythms and tooling
• Create visibility and minimize overhead through automation
• Solve operational gaps without clear owners
• Scale best practices company-wide with operations leads
Job Requirements
- Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy & Operations in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of great operating cadences and continuous improvement
- Analytical experience with cross-functional projects
- Ability to influence without owning decisions
- Experience owning programs end-to-end
