As Integration Project Manager, you will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Support teams while maintaining clear communication with customers. You will manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to quality standards. This position requires a balance of technical understanding, organizational skill, and client-focused collaboration, with the ability to proactively address issues and continuously improve processes. You will serve as the central point of contact for customers, driving satisfaction and building trust through transparent updates and successful project outcomes. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving cross-functional alignment.

  • Lead customer-facing integration projects from kickoff to go-live, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, aligning expectations with customer requirements and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track dependencies, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Support to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify risks, issues, and blockers early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
  • Manage procurement of required parts, components, and services, resolving vendor and fulfillment issues proactively.
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of project management experience, preferably in technical, integration, or customer-facing projects.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery with accountability for timelines, coordination, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills in execution-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and ordering components for technical projects.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, CSM) and technical aptitude in integration-related domains are a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
  • Employee Stock Options for all full-time employees.
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policy.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and process improvement in a collaborative environment.
