Role Description
As a Quickbase Technical Lead at VeilSun, you will serve as the lead developer and technical execution leader on client engagements while acting as a trusted technical consultant to our clients. In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver scalable Quickbase solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Help clients identify additional opportunities to expand and optimize their use of the platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective low-code solutions.
- Guide clients on best practices and proactively surface opportunities for new capabilities, enhancements, or expanded platform adoption.
- Partner closely with the Practice Technical Manager to align with architectural standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, within scope, and aligned with long-term client success.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines advanced Quickbase development expertise with a consulting mindset, technical leadership, and the ability to uncover opportunities that deepen client value and engagement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Quickbase development experience preferred.
- Experience designing Quickbase applications including workflows, data models, and automation.
- Strong understanding of process-driven applications and system design.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
- Experience with additional low-code platforms such as Mendix, Power Apps, OutSystems, or Appian is a plus.
- Ability to mentor developers and guide technical delivery on projects.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments.
