Role Description

Aptive Resources LLC is seeking a Microsoft O365 & Power Platform Configuration Lead to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of collaboration and analytics solutions supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI). This role ensures scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions leveraging Microsoft’s enterprise toolset. The Configuration Lead supports operational informatics, analytics, and knowledge management across OCI.

• Experience architecting enterprise SharePoint information structures, governance, and scalable knowledge repositories.
• Design and implement scalable dashboards, workflows, and applications supporting OCI features.
• Experience implementing Power Platform solutions in environments requiring FedRAMP, HIPAA, and VA security compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams using Microsoft O365 and Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and informatics requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise knowledge management and clinical informatics repositories.
• Support data visualization, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing SharePoint solutions that maximize usability and visual professionalism.
• Experience architecting enterprise SharePoint information structures, governance, and scalable knowledge repositories.
• Must be able to lead and remain hands-on in solution configuration and delivery.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Power Platform and O365 implementations.
• Experience designing Power Platform solutions in large, regulated healthcare enterprises (VA, DoD, or equivalent).
• Experience integrating Power BI dashboards with SQL-based healthcare data sources (CDW preferred).
• Ability to support Agile Informatics Teams delivering OCI features in a SAFe® environment.
• Proven ability to design scalable and sustainable enterprise solutions.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting VA or other federal healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance (DLP, CoE, Dataverse) preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and data analytics for healthcare.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
