Job Description

• Lead and support user acceptance testing and readiness activities for Allegro ETRM implementation. • Partner with business stakeholders, technical leads, and vendors to drive successful deployment. • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Facilitate vendor collaboration, system integrations, and process improvements. • Oversee onboarding of new assets and users to the platform post-go live. • Provide clear documentation, reporting, and status updates for executive stakeholders. • Support process alignment across sales, marketing, and gas trading operations. • Assist with adjacent IT or integration efforts as project needs evolve.

Job Requirements

7+ years of IT or business project management experience
Experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives; ERP experience is helpful but not required
Strong understanding of IT integrations and business systems
Energy industry experience required; experience with upstream natural gas operations or trading is a major plus
Familiarity with ETRM platforms (Allegro preferred) or complex trading/financial systems
Proven ability to lead projects through UAT, implementation, and post-launch onboarding
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interfacing with technical and business leaders
Ability to manage complexity, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools
Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems
PMP
Previous experience on capitalizable or compliance-driven projects
