Role Description

The Senior Outcomes Analyst manages complex projects/strategic programs, independently analyzes and interprets clinical, operational and satisfaction data to provide insight into care delivery and drive clinical quality improvement. The Senior Outcomes Analyst supports development and implementation of clinical and financial data reporting to meet the needs of Clinical Programs and Clinical Support Services. This includes:

  • Requirements development
  • Outcomes reporting
  • Trend analysis
  • Data mining and analysis
  • Reporting to meet regulatory requirements

This position provides consultation and proactive support in the development, analysis, interpretation, and management of a variety of complex data sources to support clinical and operational process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, computer science or statistics
  • 6 years technology experience, including 4 years of healthcare analytics
  • Experience managing large/complex projects
  • Business and requirements analysis and project management best practices, especially with regard to Agile development methodologies
  • Data Warehousing experience preferred
  • Clinical healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record
  • SQL knowledge preferred
  • SAP/Business Objects (Crystal, Web Intelligence, Dashboard Visualization, Universe Design)
  • Quality Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Aptitude for new technologies
