Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B or demand generation marketing within healthcare, digital health, consulting, or another high-growth environment, with a track record of driving lead and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, including paid media, email, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.
- Clear bias for action and ownership, with the ability to move from plan to execution and deliver results.
- Comfortable balancing higher-level planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-driven and analytical, with experience testing ideas, iterating quickly, and using performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Looker.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and motivated by impact, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and improve how work gets done.
