Role Description

Numerator is looking for a highly motivated and articulate Client Development Specialist to join our Go To Market (GTM) function. The Client Development Specialist works with our Sales Directors by directly supporting a book of business with all client communication, identification of business upsell opportunities, and overall health of existing account relationships. This role would be directly assigned to one of our Team Leads to support sales initiatives and our entire portfolio of market intelligence solutions. This role is a vital function to our organization and offers tremendous growth potential.

  • Partner cross-functionally across internal resources for the preparation and delivery of strategic solutions for existing customers
  • Identifying upsell opportunities within client engagements
  • Support and often times lead day-to-day management of accounts (both internally and externally)
  • Identify areas for increased efficiency and optimization with internal processes
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in account management, research, survey, and advanced capabilities to ensure that client goals are met
  • Create proposals and briefs that outline client objectives and help the team secure the deal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR or other corporate experience that requires client needs evaluation, and articulation of growing revenue
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and striving for excellence beyond expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people
  • Passionate and self-motivated with a constant drive to succeed
  • Demonstrated strength in quantitative and analytical ability
