Job Description

• Lead and coach the sales team to build customer relationships and manage sales pipelines effectively to drive revenue growth • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals to maintain a high-performing team aligned with organizational values • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to support team learning and market responsiveness • Foster collaboration across internal and external partners to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Sales management (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Outside sales experience and a demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment within the same company. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry (Preferred)
  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously. (Required)
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. (Required)
  • Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills, including strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities to achieve favorable outcomes. (Required)
  • Leadership Ability to inspire and guide a sales team, effectively communicate goals, make strategic decisions, and drive performance to achieve sales targets, fostering a positive and productive team environment. (Required)
  • Sales Process Management Experience with funnel management and accurate forecasting, ensuring a streamlined sales process and reliable prediction of sales outcomes. (Required)
