Role Description

We're looking for a Growth Manager who lives the equestrian life. Your background in the equestrian world is essential for understanding our customers and their needs.

• Understand why a horse owner agonizes over a $200 blanket purchase but drops $500 on vet bills without blinking.
• Know the difference between "waterproof" and "water-resistant."
• Recognize that the hunter/jumper crowd and the barrel racing crowd need completely different messaging.
• Understand seasonal timing in relation to clipping season, show season, and turnout season.
• Value trust over price in the equestrian community.
• Be aware that the person buying isn't always the person riding.

We also need someone who can build with AI:

• Created automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms with AI integration.
• Built custom apps, dashboards, or tools using AI assistance.
• Practices "vibe coding" using Claude or ChatGPT.
• Deployed agentic AI systems or AI-powered workflows in production.
• Has a hunger to automate everything and develop those around you.

What You'll Own (Full-Stack Growth):

• Paid Acquisition: Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, influencer collaborations with riders/trainers.
• Shopify Platform: Merchandising, UX, CRO, A/B testing.
• SEO Strategy: Educational content that converts.
• Amazon Execution: Marketplace growth, agency management.
• Analytics: CAC, LTV, cohorts, attribution.
• AI Systems: Build automations that scale your output 10x.

Your Equestrian Edge in Action:

• Ad creative that speaks the language of equestrians.
• Landing pages that answer the questions riders actually ask.
• Influencer partnerships with authentic riders.
• Product page optimization based on equestrian shopping habits.
• Seasonal campaigns timed to how horse owners actually buy.
• Content strategy built on genuine expertise.

Qualifications

• Active/former rider or horse owner (any discipline welcome).
• 5-7 years DTC e-commerce/growth marketing experience.
• Experience in building AI tools, automations, or apps (portfolio required).
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, GA4/SQL fluently.
• Desire for ownership, autonomy, and real impact.
• Ability to move fast: Actions Unlock Answers.
