Job Description
Role Description
In this role, you will own the end-to-end scoping and quoting process, acting as a strategic liaison to the Project Management team to guarantee seamless client delivery. You will also play a key part in project success by leveraging language technology and developing pilot processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times, aligning technical specifications with client expectations.
- Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals to meet and exceed target acceptance rates.
- Identify revenue opportunities and "add-on" business within existing accounts to support long-term retention.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization, balancing product quality with cost-efficiency.
- Partner with Business Development to design and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
- Monitor account health and service usage, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to improve client satisfaction.
- Optimize operational workflows and implement sales actions that reduce manual tasks and increase profit margins.
- Manage financial governance by ensuring the accuracy of legal entities, POs, and billing schedules within internal systems.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison, effectively conveying specific client requirements to Project Managers with clarity and technical precision.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quoted volume, acceptance rates, and average project value.
Qualifications
- Essential: Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication, and comfortable speaking to clients at all levels, via phone or video call.
- Desirable: Knowledge of other languages.
- Essential: Total Command of Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience
- Essential: Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree.
- Desirable: Master's Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to the localization/translation/project management fields.
