Role Description
- Design, build, and maintain production software using Rust.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Rust code with appropriate tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and reliability concerns.
- Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly and proactively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Rust.
- Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams.
- Ability to independently surface risks, blockers, and questions.
- Ability to design distributed systems, microservices, or high-performance backends.
