We started Quince to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot. Our mission is simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands at a much lower price. We did this by revising every part of a traditional retailer's playbook. We cut out all the middlemen and managed every element of the item's creation ourselves, including packaging and transportation. The end result: Quince goods are incredibly high quality, made in a sustainable way, and sold at radically lower prices. We hope you’ll compare our products with any premium branded ones, and see why our customers rate Quince so highly. Quince has raised $65 MM from Insight, Founders Fund, 8VC, Basis Set Ventures., and Luggard Road.

Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Revenue Operations Leader — an elite systems architect and “builder-operator” responsible for owning and scaling Quince’s B2B growth infrastructure. You will define and govern our CRM architecture, data model, and automation at an enterprise level. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting to the General Manager of B2B. We are looking for a HubSpot expert who has thrived in high-growth organizations and takes pride in configuring complex workflows, managing sophisticated custom objects, and ensuring our tech stack is a friction-free engine for the sales and account management team.
What You'll Do
-
Platform Strategy & Ownership:
- Serve as the primary architect and owner of HubSpot configuration, aligning the platform with the end-to-end customer journey – from initial lead to long-term customer success.
- Establish CRM best practices and data standards that scale with a high-volume, fast-paced sales organization.
- Develop and execute a technical roadmap for workload management, ensuring the infrastructure anticipates the needs of a growing sales team.
-
Process Design & Customer Centricity:
- Relentlessly optimize internal processes to reduce manual overhead for the sales team while improving the end-client experience.
- Build and maintain sophisticated automation—including lead routing, revenue attribution, and lifecycle motions—using advanced HubSpot features and AI-driven logic.
- Create and own a system for issue management, and troubleshoot and resolve any HubSpot-related issues or bugs, ensuring system stability.
-
Enterprise Integrations & Data Architecture:
- Lead the technical integration between HubSpot and the broader tech stack, including the Data Warehouse, ERP, and BI tools.
- Maintain data integrity and performance, ensuring a “single source of truth” for executive decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing audits and "deep cleans" of the CRM ecosystem to maintain system performance and reporting accuracy.
-
Intelligence, Insights & Enablement:
- Generate and interpret dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of HubSpot’s product releases, proactively implementing new features to maintain a competitive edge in sales productivity.
Qualifications
-
Required
- HubSpot Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on administration. Expert-level command of Custom Objects, Advanced Workflows, and Operations Hub.
- Systems Architect: Proven experience designing and scaling CRM architecture for high-volume B2B sales organizations (50+ users).
- Technical Builder: Proficient in APIs, Webhooks, and middleware (Zapier/Make) to integrate HubSpot with Data Warehouses and ERPs.
- Strategic Leader: Ability to translate executive goals into technical roadmaps while maintaining rigorous data governance.
- High Ownership: A "player-coach" who thrives on building the infrastructure themselves, not just managing the output of others.
-
Preferred
- AI Proficiency: Experience implementing tools like Clay to automate outbound and operational efficiency.
- Analytical Rigor: Quantitative degree or equivalent; ability to use data to drive resource allocation.
- Global Scale: Experience managing CRM architecture across multi-region or global environments.
- Full-Cycle Context: Prior experience in RevOps roles spanning Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
Pay Range
$160,000 - $215,000 USD
