Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to coordinate bookings, manage scheduling updates, and ensure every reservation is accurate and confirmed. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering dependable support throughout the booking lifecycle.

In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining accuracy, tracking changes, and keeping clients informed to ensure a seamless experience from initial request through final confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, confirmations, and scheduling adjustments
  • Communicate with clients to collect required details and provide status updates
  • Review bookings to ensure accuracy and completeness before finalization
  • Monitor changes, follow up as needed, and keep clients informed
  • Maintain organized records using established systems and tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, reservations, scheduling, or administrative support preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable receiving direction and applying new processes effectively
  • Tech-comfortable and confident navigating digital platforms
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain, LATAM, or Mexico
