Role Description
The HCM Implementation Associate provides essential support to the Oracle Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training activities. This entry‑ to mid‑level role is ideal for someone seeking hands‑on experience with enterprise Talent systems while contributing to a large‑scale transformation initiative.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross‑functional check‑ins, stakeholder updates, and milestone reviews.
- Support calendar management, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation activities for system implementation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolution progress.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions.
- Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists.
- Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
- Participate in feedback sessions and continuous improvement discussions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core Competencies and values.
- Due to exposure to PHI and sensitive data, this position is classified as a High‑Risk Role.

Qualifications
- Must have 1–3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support.
- Demonstrated interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion.
- Bachelors preferred.
Requirements
- The salary range for this position is $85K to $95K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity.
- This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
