Job Description
Remote Work: Yes
Working with RFID/RTLS Engagement Manager, owns development and execution of technology strategy. Designs solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition. Develops strong relationships with sales team, internal engineering, and key technical customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; creates and delivers high impact solution presentations. Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred. Higher level technical skills than typical sales criteria. Develops and executes technology strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility; promotes solutions encompassing a wide range of products or services and technologies; As required, leverages relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solution; Develops strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers; Leads technical presentations on Zebra products and services and the use these technologies in the customer business environment.
This is a remote position that must reside in the US with a strong preference on applicants located in the central region, however willing to consider qualified talent anywhere that reside near a major airport. 50% travel required.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of working in sales engineering/pre-sales, solutions consulting, application engineering or an applicable technical-related role to include experience in RFID/RTLS (**please ensure resumes clearly reflect experience in RTLS and/or RFID technology)
- Must have experience working with end-user customers in the Retail vertical (**please ensure resumes clearly reflect experience)
- Must reside in the US with the ability to travel at least 50%
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing, presentation and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Linux operating system
- Asset locationing technologies in the supply chain using RFID, UWB and BLE/Beacons

Salary: USD 144200.00 - USD 216200.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
