Role Description

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
  • Support individuals and families through the enrollment and post-enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team development meetings, and coaching calls

Qualifications

  • Clear and confident communicators who enjoy helping others
  • Self-motivated and organized professionals comfortable working independently
  • Individuals familiar with Zoom, CRM platforms, or other digital systems
  • Customer service, consulting, or sales experience is helpful but not required
