Job Description
We are seeking an organized and service-focused Client Support & Coordination Associate to manage client communications, coordinate service details, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting clients, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts with accuracy.
In this position, you will act as a central point of coordination guiding clients, tracking progress, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and updates
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and workflow timelines
- Track client requests and ensure all details are handled accurately
- Maintain organized documentation and digital records
- Provide proactive follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Apply established systems and tools to maintain service standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service, coordination, administrative, or client-facing experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable with digital platforms
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain or Australia
