Job Description
Role Description
The Coordinator-Right of Entry Obtainment (ROE) plays a key role in facilitating access agreements that support the expansion of TDS’s network infrastructure. This position works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and accurate execution of ROE agreements. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors as necessary to facilitate ROE obtainment.
- Collaborate with Field Services to schedule site surveys prior to signing ROE agreements.
- Assist the Sales team with Commercial ROEs.
- Work closely with the MDU Sales team to ensure alignment and smooth communication regarding ROE processes.
- Manage additional work queues and prioritize tasks.
- Oversee the private property process, partnering with internal technical teams and external contractors to identify private addresses and streets.
- Complete administrative tasks related to ROEs in various platforms and third-party tools.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with internal technical teams.
- Engage Legal for review and resolution of redlined ROEs.
- Investigate each property to determine its eligibility for a Right of Entry (ROE) agreement, including the number of units and its status as either private property or an Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all TDS teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalations from internal and external partners.
- Monitor ROE (Right of Entry) statuses and ensure progress on ROE obtainment.
- Provide information, direction, and coaching to Field Services and other departments on processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
- 6+ months administrative support with internal and external customer experience OR current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry, including products and services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while taking on increasing responsibilities.
